About the Trainer

Ana Maria Thorne is a balanced dog trainer focused on real-world results and relationship-based work. She attended the Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers in 2018 and has spent the past 7 years working with dogs in both professional and volunteer roles. In 2025, she is pursuing membership with the IACP and NADOI.Raised in the Mid-Cities area, Ana is a proud alum of the Trinity High School Girls Awareness Program and continues to foster and volunteer with local rescues. She specializes in helping owners build calm, reliable behavior in everything from rowdy puppies to reactive or rescue dogs. Her style blends structure, empathy, and just enough humor to keep things real — because training should feel doable, not daunting.
